We use Sage Accounting software for our bookkeeping, have instituted network safety, and document management security policies in our office, and we are scanned for PCI compliance by a Sage vendor annually and on a regular basis.

Payment Methods

We are currently updating our payment options. For now, we do not accept payments using PayPal or Venmo. We will add a 3% convenience fee to any credit card transactions. In the near future you will have the ability to pay us via a McCord Web Services initiated ACH account debit or eCheck and by credit card with a 3% convenience fee applied at checkout.

Other Provisions

These policies shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. You agree that any action at law arising out of or relating to these policies shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
