Google Ads management is a core business for us. We manage over $2.0 million per year in ad spend for clients. We can handle large and small accounts with affordable management fees that allow Google Ads services to become a profit center for your agency. As a point of comparison, our fees will typically be well below 10% of the ad spend for most accounts.

We utilize a tier program to determine your agency's service pricing. From client 1 to 5 your pricing is from our Tier I grid. Moving to 6 to10 clients moves your pricing to our Tier II grid. Agencies with more than 11 clients will be priced at our Tier III grid.
Our Quick Start™ for agencies program includes the following services:
• Google Ads™ Set Up & Phase I Management for the First Four Weeks - $899 to $850 (depending on your pricing tier based on client number)
As part of our Quick Start Program we will review your client's website and competitors' ads. We select keywords for the maximum searches using Google's Keyword Planner. We provide ad group theme selection consultation, an intensive review of your client's existing website for keyword selections, and consultation with your agency team on the needs and strategy.
In our program, we set up your client's account, targeting, set up four ad groups, and extensions as well as craft ad text. We provide detailed instructions for you to send to your webmaster providing the client's unique tracking codes for Google Ads conversion scripting and tracking implementation.
Additionally, during the first four weeks, we manage your client's Google Ads program several times during the week (Monday through Friday); fine-tuning CPC (cost per click) and keywords. We remove poor performing keywords, add new keywords and negative keywords as needed, and even create new ad text. Our focus is to generate leads and sales for their business. We monitor actual search queries to assure that we are doing everything possible to carefully target the program for top performance. The Agency will receive a report from us each week on activity with our comments and analysis.
The set up and management fee is determined based on your client's starting number of ad groups and ad spend. Most clients will start with three to four ad groups, a $1,000 to $4,000 ad spend and pay $899 for Phase I.
• Professional Management/Monitoring Phase II (second four weeks) – $408 to $426 (depending on your pricing tier based on client number)
In our second four week period, we manage your clients' programs several times per week and fine-tune click and conversion performance. We report to you bi-weekly with our comments and analysis of account activity. It is not unusual for additional ad groups to be created during this time period and in some cases at no additional charge to the agency.
Your agency management fee is determined based by your number of running ad groups and scheduled ad spend. Most agency clients will have three to four ad groups with a $1,000 to $2,500 ad spend and pay $375 for Phase II.
In the third phase, which is billed in advance monthly, we monitor your clients' ads each week as needed and fine-tune their programs for conversions and clicks. You receive a monthly report from us for each client.
During our on-going management phase, we monitor your clients' account and communicate any changes or improvements that would be helpful as we see them to you at the agency. In many cases, these updates can be made within the time you have purchased. We email a summary report of the previous month's account activity with our account specific commentary in the first business week of each month. These reports are done for each client account, so you can simply forward them by email to your client. We can even brand the reports with your details and colors.
The agency management fee is determined by whichever is greater, scheduled ad spend or number of active ad groups which is adjusted monthly or when your budget changes and is billed by individual client.
Please note businesses residing in Hawaii, New Mexico, West Virginia, and South Dakota will have an additional fee added to the pricing listed on this page to cover their state's additional sales tax and filing services. Please ask us for more information.
