We’ve just published our June e-newsletter and you will want to click in to read this interesting article on neat applications that Microsoft has online that will fix many computer problems for you. It is called Guided Help and Microsoft’s application can fix it for you automatically or take you step by step in an easy way to assist you in fixing 28 different PC problems.

I think that for those of us who have literally spent hours on relative’s computers fixing something, as we are supposed to be the resident computer experts, that this may be a real assist for us to be able to point them there instead. An even if you use Guided Help and fix it for them, you will be the super star in their eyes, fixing a problem that they could not fix themselves.

I’m back from vacation and just settling in. Look for posts again most likely next week. I’ve been at Yellowstone National Park with my family. What a super great place to visit. I’ll have a free screen saver out for free download in the next day or so. I’ll keep you posted.

I long for the mountains. The country there is really beautiful and we actually even had snow there one day.
