Our firm strives to be as business-friendly as possible. Nearly all of our clients will engage our services via a marketing contract. We do offer some services on demand. Services in this classification are webmaster services, small budget account Google Ads account optimization, and search engine optimization consulting.

We are constantly reviewing and analyzing ad accounts and search engine placement for SEO clients. Our efforts in pay per click marketing is to grow sales or leads overtime and to lower the cost per acquisition. Some ecommerce clients will ask us to optimize for ROAS or return on ad spend. When you start working with us, we will discuss together your particular business needs and parameters for success. All Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising clients will receive weekly reports and a more robust month end report with our commentary on the advancement of your marketing objectives.

We work with both highly engaged clients and those that trust us to perform services with minimal oversight. We operate transparently and are good stewards of our advertising budget. We value your trust and work hard to earn it and harder to keep it.

Our expertise is digital marketing in the sphere of pay per click. We are experts in both the Google Ads and Microsoft Adverting platforms. We are Google Partners and Microsoft Advertising Partners and Microsoft Certified Advertising Experts. Our account managers re certify in many credentials each year assuring that we are always up to date on the newest tactics and platform tools. We have several pricing models depending on the type of services offered. Webmaster services are billed by the hour at the rate of $90 per hour. Search Engine Marketing is billed either at the hourly rate of $95 per hour depending on the service or may follow a specialized pricing package based on whether your are an agency or an individual business. Your pricing will be discussed during our initial consultation and then codified in your letter of agreement.

We utilize company employees to perform our services. We do not subcontract our work to third parties.

You will find us to be strong communicators. We are accessible, responsive, and interested in your feedback on the services we perform for you. At the minimum for pay per click clients, we offer a monthly conference call to chat about results and strategy. We operate proactively and transparently.

We do not make a margin or commission on any of the services we recommend to you.

When you start working with us, depending on the service we provide, we may conference with you, send questions prior to a phone conference or work in an interview situation to learn more such as when we are writing website content for a web design project. For Google Ads clients, we will have several discussions by phone as part of account set up and then on-going communication while managing your programs.

We have several ways you can pay for our services.
1. Send a check to us through the mail for our invoice total by the 10th of the month.
2. Pay us by ACH payment using BILL.com. We have options for you to self pay and enter your own bank routing and checking account number or complete our authorization form for automatic ACH payment of our invoice.
3. Pay by credit card and pay BILL.com a 3% convenience fee.
4. Note: Pay Pay is not an authorized payment gateway to make payments to us. If you use PayPal in error, we will charge you the 3% service charge PayPal deducts from our payment to cover that expense.
